License Agreement

This program is licensed software and is not shareware or freeware. Unauthorized use, distribution or reproduction is prohibited by copyright law. Violations are subject to severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted.


1. Use or installation of the software by both users of trial versions and purchasers constitutes acceptance of the license agreement.

2. Reservation of Rights. EZBeans Software reserves all rights not expressly granted by this license. Nothing in this license constitutes a sale or grant of ownership rights in or to this software.

3. Allowed uses by purchasers. Purchasers of this software have a non-transferable software license that includes these rights:

  1. The right to install the software with a product key on one personal or laptop computer.
  2. The right to move this software with a product key from one computer to another, as long as it remains installed on only one computer.
  3. The right to make backup copies and to store such backup copies off-site as long as they are not shared.

4. Allowed uses of trial versions. Both purchasers and non-purchasers of this software may install trial versions of the software (without a product key) on any number of computers, make backup copies, and share copies with others as long as:

  1. Such sharing does not include sharing or transfer of a product key in any way.
  2. Such sharing does not require payment or otherwise constitute a sale.
  3. Referrals to EZBeans Software for purchase remain intact.
  4. No provisions of section 5 are violated.

5. Prohibited uses. This software may not be used except as expressly permitted by this license. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Decompilation, reverse-engineering, or disassembling the software or any other attempt to obtain the source code.
  2. Removal of copyright notices.
  3. Modification of the software.
  4. Sharing, publishing or sale of any product keys or license.
  5. Resale of the product or product keys in any way including auction sites, mail order or resale on a web site.
  6. Copying or reproducing the software except as specified in sections 3 and 4.
  7. Transfer of the software to a third party except as specified in sections 3 and 4.
  8. The use or movement of the software in violation of any domestic law, foreign law or trade restriction.

6. Limited Warranty. EZBeans Software only warrants that the software will be free from material defects for a period of 30 days following the date of the purchase of a license. If material defects are proven and EZBeans Software is notified within this time period, the first remedy is the application of available software patches. If the first remedy is not applicable the second and final remedy is a full refund of the purchase price.

7. Disclaimers. Except for the stated limited warranty, the software is licensed "as is." EZBeans Software disclaims any and all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of fitness of purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. The software is NOT represented or warranted:

  1. To be free of inaccuracies or errors,
  2. To meet a user's set of requirements,
  3. To operate on a user's selected operating software other than that specifically stated in advertisements or documentation.

8. Exclusions. EZBeans Software will not be liable for damages of any kind including, but not limited to, consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages (including damages related to lost profits, taxing authority penalties, loss of goodwill, computer failure or malfunction, the failure or malfunction of other software and any other damages or losses) arising out of or relating to the use of this software, regardless as to the nature of the claim, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the total liability arising from or relating to the use of this license or the software exceed the user's purchase price for the license, regardless as to the nature of the claim.

9. Export Restrictions. The purchaser and/or any subsequent user is responsible for complying with all domestic and foreign laws and trade restrictions.
